+Excellent location close to Bilbao ferry terminal. Comfortable room and shared drawing room with coffee/tea making facilities. Wonderful breakfasts served by friendly, helpful and efficient staff.
−Minor faults stopped this being a truly exceptional stay. The dinner menu was on a QR code label which we couldn't read and no printed version in any language was available. The washbasin in the bathroom had no plug and there was no tray or other place in the shower to put your soap or shampoo bottle

“Excelente”

“Pleasant place to stay.”
+Very clean
−Little bit noisy late evening. Unfortunately the communal kettle and coffee machine supplied were a little broken but as my Spanish was not very good I couldn’t advise the owner.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen.
