“Sufficient for a single night stay”
+Location is good and reception is friendly
−It was as clean as it could be, but the carpet was stained and threadbare, shower grout was stained, fan was caked in dust, paint was stained, furniture was cosmetically damaged, air conditioner didnt work, shower pressure was poor, and the mattress was bouncy and lumpy. The whole place desperately needs a full internal renovation.

“Excellent hotel in a good location with courteous staff.”
+The range of services available, including guest laundry, and its location. Super courteous staff.
−The lack of counter space around the sink in the bathroom.

“It was good enough for what we needed. Would definitely stay there again”
+Everything was great.
−We booked in for 3 people but there was only 2 seats at the table in the room. And only 2 cups/glasses in the room. If 3 people are staying in the room there should be enough chairs etc for 3 people

“Cómodo y bien ubicado”
+La cama, la amplitud de la habitación, los productos de aseo, el tener posibilidad de hacer te café infusiones o chocolate en la habitación. Muy cómoda la amplia cocina común en la planta 2 y en la 3 . Amplios y agradables salones.
−Que no se pudiera abrir la ventana para ventilar o airear la habitación

“Very enjoyable stay.”
+Spacious room, with comfy bed. Took a while to work out how to switch on the TV, but otherwise a great quiet location in the centre of the city without being in the centre of the city.
−Would have liked to see dispensing machine with basic snacks and beverages for late night munchies

−No remote for the air conditioner and unable to turn it on/off at the wall so the room was stuffy

“Very cosy and comfy stay. I enjoyed the old world feel of the hotel.”
+I felt this hotel had a lovely, oldie world feel. I do like hotels like this. It had a very welcome feeling.
−Just the location, it's a bit away from things. I walked everywhere and used the tram and that was okay.
