−The property is in a very good location; however, it would benefit greatly from some updating. Unfortunately, the facilities are quite limited. The dining table is very small and rather unstable, making it difficult to use comfortably. If you were to invite a friend, there would not be enough space for them to join you for a meal. Some of the kitchen items also need attention. Several plates were chipped, and there were only two teaspoons available. The quilt appears quite old, with uneven filling, some areas have large lumps while others have almost none.

“Carino!”
