+Lovely flat not far from station, beaches and town. Spacious for a family and the main bedroom for the bath is great.
−Nothing i didn't like however the bedroom bath is slippy when your in it as its so huge bring a rubber bath mat to keep you in place lol. There is a smaller bath in main bathroom. Washing up liquid and toilet rolls were there, you will need to bring salt pepper and everything else. Few scuff marks on some walls and skirting boards need a lick of paint. Overall lovely with high quality finish.

“Great place to stay if you are visiting Aberystwyth.”
+The location was brilliant on the harbourside and only 5 minutes walk from town. Very clean other than some nooks and crannies around the shower. We would stay here again if we returned to Aberystwyth. The Thai/Laotian restaurant in Aberystwyth is exceptional.
−Could do with using some HG mould and mildew remover on some of the nooks and crannies around the shower. I think the description on the Booking website should make it clear the flat is on the second floor. It would have been nice if there were a few minor but important condiments in the flat such as a few sachets of sugar, pepper and salt.

+A lovely location on the harbour with a short walk into town. Great sized rooms and living area.
−Would have been great to have a washing machine and felt the kitchen could be better equipped. Especially as it technically sleeps 6 people the pans are very small. Beds are quite soft
