„Ongoing disappointment since first stay 2 years ago”
+Location
−Not even one shelf to put clothes on while we booked for 7 days. Had to leave clothes in suitcases. Inacceptable for this length of stay and the price charged

−Falta limpeza diária no quarto.

„Exceptional care and truly outstanding service”
+I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel team, especially Nina, for their exceptional support and professionalism. After checking out, I realized that I had left my iPad behind. Naturally, I was very worried, but the team remained attentive, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. They eventually located my iPad and kindly arranged for my friend to collect it. What I appreciated most was their genuine willingness to help and the personal attention they gave to my situation, even after my stay had ended.

+The apartment was very spacious, with an excellent location in the heart of Paris. We particularly appreciated the sense of safety and security, the modern and brand-new furniture, and the overall comfort of the property. Another great feature was the availability of a bidet spray (handheld bidet) in the bathroom, which was a thoughtful and convenient addition.
−The daily housekeeping service was excessively expensive, especially considering the already high cost of staying at the property. At this price point, basic housekeeping services should be complimentary. At the very least, daily towel replacement and garbage collection should be included free of charge. Providing these essential services would significantly improve the overall guest experience and better reflect the property’s premium pricing.
