„Mixed Experience at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon - Great Recovery by the Staff”
+My recent stay at Hyatt Regency Gurgaon started on a disappointing note. The special room decoration I had requested to surprise my partner was forgotten, the management was aware about it (Himanshu, Neeraj gautam both of them should well communicated with the team as they have guaranteed my request through email a week ago) and there were maintenance issues in the bathroom - the shower head was broken and the water wouldn't stop running (Room no. 714). 22 hours of long flight and then you get a room which makes you more disappointed. A little more attention to detail at the beginning would have been appreciated. But I must say, the staff made a remarkable recovery. Komal and Vanshika were absolutely wonderful - they were quick, professional, and resolved all my concerns with a lot of patience and care. Especially komal (GRE) who were keep in touch with me until I checked out to make sure if I required any assistance. A big thank you to our housekeepers "Jolly and Prashant" as well - they were very polite, efficient and kept the room perfectly clean and comfortable after the initial issues were fixed. And a heartfelt special thanks to "Golu", our concierge. He was outstanding! Very
−Need a better communication with the co department also guest preference should be mentioned in their profile to aware all other relevant departments.

„It was a really good experience with friendly staff overall.”
+I liked the quality of comfort and the breakfast arrangement.
−The facilities could be more expanded and the staff can be increased to attend fast to our services. The location should be in a more Porsche area.

„Terrible. Wont go there again!!”
+Breakfast overall spread was good. But the service was slow and incompetent. Tea served was really bad!! Sent it back twice. Lunch - first they told us there is 50% discount. We were billed 100%! When we complained, finally the manager agreed to bill for One person instead of two! But this whole drama left a bad taste! (Pun intended)
−The hotel is old. Needs renovation in almost all areas. The corridor carpets smell. The shower fittings come apart. The marble is all stained and dirty. Did tell the manager at the counter and he sheepishly agreed with me!!
