+Искренне сообщаем, что понравилось абсолютно всё. Душевный персонал, крутая локация, уютные номера - восторг. На любые вопросы и пожелания персонал любезно отвечал, помогал, советовал что-то. Настолько дружелюбно я ни разу не отдыхал в отелях! Однозначно вернемся сюда в следующем году!

„Het beste hotel van Gudauri”
+Alles was helemaal perfect! We hebben de beste week gehad bij Gogi! De kamer was zeer proper, heel mooi zicht op de bergen, letterlijk op een paar minuten naar beneden skiëen ben je op de piste en aan de skilift. Het personeel en de manager hebben ons heel vriendelijk ontvangen en ze stonden altijd klaar voor ons waarvoor dank! Ook elke dag een uitgebreid ontbijt met varatie in en 's avonds is de keuken open waar er ook veel keuze is voor een democratische prijs! We hebben hier lekker gegeten. Niet twijfelen om dit hotel te boeken moest je naar Gudauri komen!

+Это был один из самых уютных и душевных отелей, в которых нам доводилось останавливаться , небольшой отель в Гудаури с абсолютно потрясающей атмосферой Все номера здесь с видом на горы, и это был просто восторг! У нас был семейный двухкомнатный номер с выходом на террасу. Просыпаться и видеть перед собой горные вершины было незабываемо. Номера новые, очень чистые, стильные и уютные. Есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Отдельно хочется отметить зону для завтраков и бар. Выше всех похвал! И, конечно, с тем же невероятным видом на горы. Завтраки вообще отдельная любовь. Честно, это были самые вкусные завтраки в моей жизни (а я много где была). Чувствуется, что здесь отлично понимают вкусы гостей из СНГ. Все было идеально. Ужинали тоже в отеле. порции огромные, все очень вкусно, приготовлено с душой. И, конечно, персонал. Редко встречается такой уровень заботы и искреннего внимания к гостям. Каждый старается сделать твой отдых максимально комфортным. это чувствуется во всем. Огромное спасибо за это! Что касается ски ин и ски аут, то это действительно так. Мы были в марте, снега было много, и можно было без проблем доезжать прямо до подъемников и обратно к отелю. До Нового Гуда

+Big thank you to the lovely staff - super friendly and helpful. Location is great, just a few meters from the slope & walkable distance to New Gudauri. Peaceful and great views. The rooms are big enough, clean and also with beautiful mountain views. The food in the restaurant is very tasty. Overall we had a great time and would definitely come back!

„Great for skiing !”
+If you are a skier the location is amazing! You are literally on a slope very close to a chairlift that brings you up! Also the staff was very friendly in comparison to the rest of the service at the restaurants and cafes in Gudauri! Especially Lia is very sweet and helpful!
−The breakfast was not satisfying and with little options. Also it was unclear if an americano coffee is included in the price as one day they offered us and another day they charged it.

+Семейная атмосфера в отеле, благодаря персоналу. Отличное расположение: встегиваешься в сноуборд и выезжаешь прямо на трассу к подъемнику, а так же съезжаешь с горы прямо с трассы ко входу в отель. Не нужно дополнительно трансфер от/до подъемников. Отличные виды из номеров на горы-как фотообои. Все номера либо с балконом, либо с выходом на террасу, что позволяет любоваться видом не только из окна, но и с улицы. Чистые и новые номера. Потрясающие завтраки и дополнительная еда в отеле. Были группой друзей из 8 человек. В столовой отеля есть просторное лобби, в котором можно проводить вечера большой компанией, играя в настолки, PlayStation или смотря YouTube на большом экране.

„Nice hotel if you do not mind walking a bit to reach areas of interests (fx. restaurants, ski shops)”
+The room was good for me and my child. The view from the room is amazing. Staff was also amazing. My child liked the pepperoni pizza made at the hotel and she had it almost everyday.
−The restaurant is not open for breakfast and for dinner. Even if it is understandable, it is a bit annoying if you would like to use the kitchen service outside of the opening hours. Also because the hotel is a bit isolated from restaurants, needing a bit of walk to reach them. Also, the hotel is not reachable by transport means if there is massive snow - you need to walk the remaining 200 meters and the hotel collects your luggage so you can walk more easily which is good. We had an incident in the kitchen whereby my child broke a glass and I was surprised to be asked to pay for it. That is a bit greedy in my opinion! I also missed a trash bin in the room which felt a bit annoying every time I had to get rid of something.

−Getting to the hotel is not easy if you dont ski in and out but once you know your ski way in and out its just perfect
