„Pleasant enough hotel but with some drawbacks. Not one of Sheraton’s better hotels but still comfortable enough for a fe”
+Very friendly and accommodating staff. Free shuttle service to the airport. Restaurant food was quite good. The location was not bad for hectic Lahore. Reasonably good value.
−The rooms were somewhat dated and worn. Our shower was leaking badly. The light from the room refrigerator was extremely bright which was annoying while trying to sleep at night.

„Thank you for a positive and memorable experience”
+The whole team were professional warm and tried their best to meet my needs and went out of their way from the moment I arrived until I left from staff opening doors, welcomed at reception to breakfast and restaurant team and housekeeping staff. I would like to give a special thank you to Asif, the Concierge Supervisor, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. He arranged my driver, took the time to understand where I wanted to go, ensured my needs were met and, most importantly, made sure I felt safe throughout my stay. He also coordinated with other team members whenever additional support was needed. His thoughtfulness and professionalism made a real difference. I would also like to personally thank Ahmad Bhatt, the Manager, for his exceptional hospitality and attentiveness. He went out of his way to help me get my SIM card sorted, assisted me with photographs and ensured my needs were fulfilled. His willingness to help and make sure I was comfortable truly stood out. A special mention must also go to Ghazanfar, my driver, who was warm, patient and accommodating throughout my stay. He took me wherever I wanted to go, and whenever we passed important
−One small point of feedback I would also like to share is that I noticed Buddha statues by the swimming pool. As a Muslim guest, I did not feel entirely comfortable with these being displayed in that area, and I would personally prefer if they were not there. I respect that guests come from different cultural and religious backgrounds, and I share this feedback respectfully for the hotel to consider.

„A wonderful stay with an unexpected Penthouse Suite upgrade and exceptional staff, particularly Anjum and Waseem. A litt”
+I had a very pleasant four-night stay at Four Points by Sheraton Lahore. I was delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the Penthouse Suite, which was a lovely gesture and made my stay even more enjoyable. What really stood out was the excellent service provided by the staff. Anjum, who looked after the housekeeping, was exceptionally polite, attentive and always willing to listen to my requests and accommodate my needs. I would also like to personally recognise Waseem and the lady who wears glasses, both of whom were consistently welcoming, friendly and genuinely happy to assist whenever needed. Their professionalism, positive attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction made a real difference to my experience. They are a credit to the hotel.
−The only area I feel requires improvement is communication regarding the hotel’s visitor and guest policies. Unfortunately, my family members were left waiting downstairs, which was disappointing and could have been avoided with clearer communication about the hotel’s procedures. I fully appreciate that hotels have policies in place for security and guest management. However, these should be clearly explained to guests in advance to prevent unnecessary inconvenience or embarrassment. Better communication in this area would significantly improve the overall guest experience.
