„A comfortable hotel with spacious rooms but poor WiFi in the room was a negative for a work trip“
+The room and bed were very comfortable and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good.
−Non-pay WiFi reception in my room on the 9th floor was not good. There was very loud street party right outside the hotel at 3 am on one of the nights - I can't say whether this happens often

„Okay, could have been better.“
+The decor was very nice, and the atmosphere in the lobby felt very high end. The restaurant was awesome. The room felt clean aside from some weird marks on the ceiling and slightly sticky carpet when barefoot. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Some of the front desk employees were helpful and pleasant to talk to.
−We checked into two separate rooms about 30 minutes apart. When my mom checked into the first room she spoke with Gino, who gave her a coupon for the restaurant, drink vouchers, and the wifi information. When my Fiance and I checked in, we got no coupon and no wifi information. We also received no information at all about Continental breakfast and didn't even realize it was available until after we checked out. The lady that checked us in wasn't very friendly and seemed irritated with us. The shower didn't drain very well, and it was difficult to change it from the faucet to the shower head. The shower curtain didn't span the entire width of the shower, so it was pretty drafty on one side or the other. I found the same issue with the curtains for the balcony door, they would not close entirely no matter what we did. If it hadn't been for housekeeping coming into the room at 8:30 am (2 1/2 hours before checkout) and waking us up, the glaring sun through the curtains would have done it. I know a lot of these are small, insignificant things to complain about, but I feel like we paid for a better experience than we received.

„Good staff, water/coffee availability, heated pool, limited lighting and odd furniture in the room.“
+Coffee and water avail;able in the lobby. Lots of space in the room. Convenient location. Pool would be good for children. Nice that it is heated with an extended season.
−Lighting and furniture arrangement in the room could have been better: There was no lighting by any of these: the sofa, the dresser, the wardrobe, the desk chair. There was a desk chair but no desk. I hesistated to try to swim laps in the pool because it was very shallow in half of it.
