„Helpful staff“
+Cecilia from concierge was so kind and helpful when helping us to figure out where we wanted to go for our bus tickets. I had a lot of questions and she answered them all. She was expert in knowing where to go and what to do. Very friendly and available as well. We are from out of the country and she helped us greatly. Sorry my English isn’t good.

We were not expecting much for an older hotel off the strip but our minds were blown by the warm, highly personalized and beyond expectations service we received from every staff member we encountered…from the doormen to the general manager. Closer to the trip, the concierge team came through again by booking us a private transfer back to Hong Kong at a very competitive price. On arrival at the hotel, we were welcomed like family and informed that early check-in was available. Our adjacent rooms were beautifully decorated to celebrate special milestones and we greatly appreciated the map with recommendations for nearby eateries and attractions. The concierge team checked-in on us throughout our stay … they arranged taxis - via WhatsApp once when we were unable t
