„Beautiful hotel with gracious staff in a central Rome location.“
+Beautifully appointed hotel in a great central location. Rooms are spacious and airy with marble bathrooms and high-quality fixtures. Reception staff are welcoming and gracious. Wonderful breakfast in the garden dining room in the rear of the hotel with the best cappuccinos we have had in our two-week stay in Italy.

„Superb stay with attentive and friendly hotel staff.“
+Comfortable bed, spacious room, fantastic shower with consistent and reliable internet. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is convenient for walking to area attractions while not in high traffic tourist area.
−On site restaurant was disappointing and was not consistent with the 5 star hotel quality one would expect.

„An excellent hotel marred by terrible service at the restaurant in the evening.“
+Good location. Warm and welcoming staff. Great breakfast in a beautiful dining room. The room was quiet and well appointed.
−Service at the cafe out front was haphazard. You never knew who was your server and when they were coming by next. Even worse when we stopped in for an after-dinner drink upstairs. This reflects very poorly on the hotel.

„Roma Luxus Hotel is a great hotel which is perfectly located in the heart of Rome, with friendly staff and very clean.“
+Roma Luxus Hotel was in a prime position to see all the sights in Rome, although you might want to take a taxi to Vatican City. The staff couldn’t do enough to help you and were always very friendly. The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout and our bedroom was lovely. Finally the buffet style breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice, enhanced by excellent service provided by the staff in the restaurant!
−It would have been more comfortable if there had been a second chair in our bedroom, rather than one chair and a stool. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

„Roma Luxus is amazing 🤩🤩“
+A fabulous hotel in an excellent location. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble. I had an accident and the staff were amazing, very calm and very efficient at giving first aid before the ambulance came. This didn't spoil our trip to this beautiful City 😊😊👌
