„Would not stay again in this property and will not recommend it.“
+Just the location.
−It’s old and dated. Gym equipment is very limited. Pool and spa is desperate need of renovation. Rooms are old and kitchens very dated. Two joining rooms need easier access in between rather than card activated doors that don’t have a door stop.

+Location was great and pool was nice.
−While the price was good I don’t believe it was cheap enough to warrant no room cleaning at all. Staying for 4 nights and going into the pool and whatnot we had heaps of rubbish and towels and had to go down to reception to hand in our dirty towels/get new ones. The rubbish also built up in the tiny bin which. It was fine, just a bit uncomfortable and inconvenient.

„Comfortable room in a quiet clean hotel, efficient staff, great location.“
+I liked having a balcony room, pool on site was great, location was central, room facilities were great.
−Add some dumbells in the gym!

+Location was very central.
−Room is very old and out dated, furniture couches are very old and ripped cloth was hanging under single couch. Bathroom especially shower taps are ancient and it’s tripping hazard to get out of it after shower.

„Perfect relaxing end to a North Queensland holiday“
+The location could not have been better. The eating options more than suffice. The esplanade was a nice walk and outlook The hotel is right on the esplanade and there is plenty to do right at your doorstep Would definitely choose to stay here next time

+Location was fantastic!!! Roomy apartment and comfortable bed.
−No dishwasher and tiny coffee mugs. Bigger kitchen bin needed too.
