+The whole stay was just amazing; the staff was the friendliest and the best trained in customer service; the inside courtyard was a oasis of peace from the busy streets of Florence; the 24hrs coffee or tea was very appreciated as the unlimited refill of prosecco. The location is perfect to walk to all the tourists spots. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you to all the staff

+Perfect. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. Check in was a breeze, the room was clean and spacious and beautiful with a muraled ceiling. Everyone spoke English, the breakfast was just right, and they even made us a to go breakfast bag on departure day. We stayed for one week and walked everywhere. The location is within a few minutes of most everything. We would split our day up and always came back to the room for a breather.

+We loved this charming hotel! Everyone on the staff was friendly, professional, helpful. That they are clearly proud to work there is evident in their enthusiasm for telling us the history of the building and how perfectly located it is for seeing some of Florence's famous sites. They went the "extra mile" and even provided us with a delicious box breakfast since we had to leave very early in the morning. We will definitely recommend Il Guelfo Bianco to anyone looking for a place to stay in Florence!
