„Total ripoff“
+Fascilities were great.
−I’ve never been overcharged at this level. They charged $550 per night for a mediocre room that was very stuffy and smelled of mold. I asked for some refund at the property, but they said I have to ask Booking.com. And according to Booking.com they refused any refund. I never give 1-star rating but this one is perfectly deserved. I feel they ripped us off.

+Hotel is well maintained and so beautiful. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Wellness / spa area is also very beautiful. I like that there is also an outdoor gym area and free drinking water available in a lot of spots
−Gym could be bigger, there is not much area for calisthenics training.

„A good five-star hotel, but lacking the personalized hospitality and value for money we experienced elsewhere in Bali.“
+Beautiful tropical gardens, a pleasant beachfront location, and good overall facilities. The hotel offers a comfortable, traditional five-star experience, with spacious grounds and a relaxing atmosphere.
−Our ground-floor garden-view room with a terrace was quite a long walk from the main facilities. The beach felt more like a public beach than an exclusive resort beachfront, especially compared with Merusaka Nusa Dua. Having stayed at Merusaka Nusa Dua, Arkamara Dijiwa Ubud, and Hotel Indigo Seminyak during the same holiday, we noticed a significant difference in the overall experience. While the staff were polite and professional, the level of attentiveness and personalized hospitality did not quite match our other stays, possibly due to the size and busy atmosphere of the resort. For the price, we expected a more memorable experience, and we felt there were better-value alternatives in Bali.
