+Great access to resturants, shops very confoetable and clean.
−The only negative for me was that the aircon was controlled by the home owner as the unit was in her house. I personally would have preferred the unit to have its own aircon unit as I feel the heat more than many others and often have the aircon running a bit even at night on hot days/nights.

„Very relaxing and well appointed.“
+It was very clean, handy location for a balance of being near the wine country and other Hunter Valley attractions convenient for shops and main roads. Nice outlook over the park area.
−All was good.

„Excellent little gem.“
+Location is central to everywhere. Amanda the host left a wonderful selection of breakfast items, cheese and crackers and snacks. The bed is very comfortable. Parking spaces nearby. No cooking facilities, but there is a microwave, kettle and toaster.
−Ducted heating is was set very high. I couldn’t find any controls. They are actually located in the hosts section. Unfortunately I didn’t find that out until the morning I left.
