+Poor maintenance. Poor service. Water dipping whole night and they even forgot to clean the room and change the towels. I’m sure there are better options in the city.

+Quick and easy check in and hotel arranged for early breakfast box for us to take to our ferry which was a great touch. Spa appeared to be open but jacuzzi cold and steam room off which was disappointing

„Great experience“
+As a hospitality professional from London, it's one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Ofc I've been many different hotels with crazy luxury standarts however you can not measure luxury without price. This place recently refurbished, everything is 5 star standards including staff. I don't believe price will stay that competitive for a long time with this standarts however if you decided to visit samos this is the place you need to stay.

+Staff were ok, property was clean and nice, they only downside was that they do not have a loft and you need to carry your luggage through the stairs to the upper levels. Although they say they have people to help there was no one around at the time of checking in. Food at breakfast buffet were not covered as there were flies over them.
