„Highly recommend“
+Loved it, great location tucked away behind a popular beach (el aquimista). No walking up hills/stairs to access and the family who run it are super friendly. Once you’re checked in it’s like you live there. Room was cleaned daily and towels replaced every other day. Room itself had a wrap around terrace with seating and a hammock, and the room itself was a large open plan studio - bathroom and shower are in the same space, separated by a half wall so keep in mind if sharing. If friends you may need to leave the room when the other needs to use the bathroom!
−Zero issue for me as I love dogs but there’s a couple around the property (and town!) - they are friendly but will bark at you on occasion which might scare people who aren’t too comfortable with dogs. Hot water is minimal but I didn’t care as I was only showering after the beach anyways. WIFI is also very average so don’t expect to be making any imperante work calls etc. but again no issue for me.

„Rest, relaxation and tranquility.“
+Beautifully designed and landscaped resort hotel. Each room is a casita terraced up a hillside. Very friendly staff who took good care of me. The site is very quiet on the edge of the village, a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the center of the village. There are restaurants and cafes across the road.
−There are no common spaces to interact with other guests.

„Great value - comfortable, cute, clean - a peaceful place to stay in Zipolite.“
+Great place, we would definitely stay here again! The room was spacious, clean, and the AC worked great - and the bed was really comfortable. The layout of the property is nice as each room has plenty of space around it affording privacy and places to sit (benches and a hammock). The location is off of the beach up in the trees, but it's just a few minutes' walk away. For us this was perfect as it allowed us to sleep peacefully both in the day and night and not be disturbed by any party noises from the beach.
−The water pressure is very low on the property - not a problem really, but it took a bit longer for washing long hair.

−Rien :)

„Exceptional“
+Loved our stay! The rooms are spacious, with coffee makers and fridges and lovely big showers. Hot and cold water, great pressure. Every room has a small patio area with seats and a hammock too. The bathrooms are only swing doors so bear that in mind (but the patio and hammock makes it easy to give each other privacy). Would book again in a heartbeat, love this place
−Nothing - it was great

„A beautiful villa close to the best swimming beach“
+The villas are beautiful and the location is minutes from the best beach for swimming and a short walk to the main part of town. The owners were helpful and attentive.
