+Everything!! This is a charming roadside motel that harkens back to days gone by. The staff is so friendly and the rooms are spotless, comfortable, large, and renovated. The price is very reasonable and about the cheapest you will find on PEI. The location is awesome, being very near all parts of Summerside. The towel animals were a nice touch.
−I have no complaints.

„Clean and comfortable“
+Clean, comfortable space, great location for what we were doing. Owner offered opinions and suggestions on where to visit and things to see. Overall very nice place and experience
−Traveling internationally we had limited connectivity.issues, so made it hard to receive messages and make calls. When we arrived at the front desk (prior to the indicated time) nobody was there and there was a phone that said press the button and speak and then release the button to listen. I pressed and spoke like six times with no response. I finally broke down and called with my phone, generating a charge for international calling, to get someone to come to the front desk. That was the only annoying thing. If I had a different plan maybe it wouldn't have mattered, but with mine it did.

+Very comfortable beds, large rooms, clean. Nothing to complain about! Definitely a place to return to.
−As with most places, the complimentary coffee. Maybe if there was a breakfast place there that would be nice. But not a show stopper. Still a VERY good place to stay.
