+The kitchen is well equipped and the whole house is tidy and warm.
−Sound insulation is non-existent, you hear everything from your room, your experience will be based purely on what kind of people will be staying the same time as you, maybe you get an italian partying group and you won't be sleeping that night. (For me it was mostly quiet, maybe because of luck) The house is on a really steep street and the ice is not cleared from the private property walkway to the door, there was a guest who could not reach the door with her luggage and I slipped on one night. This could be easily avoided if the ice is cleared from the walkway.

„Recomendable“

„Disappointing and overpriced“
+Good view from my room, comfortable bed and in a reasonable location about 20 minutes walk from town. It was also pretty clean.
−Tired decor (the pictures look much better than the reality), very noisy as no soundproofing and rather overpriced. If it was a reasonable price it wouldn't be so bad but a broken tap, shower tray and oven extractor cover are all easy and cheap fixes which really should be done. There wasn't even a kettle. I feel the owner is just taking money without really caring about the experience of the customer. 5 pm is also a late check in. I would not go back. Wi-fi also kept dipping in and out which was frustrating.
