Her warmth, generosity and genuine humanity left a lasting impression. Kerolos was incredibly kind and thoughtful, while Okesh and the entire butler team delivered world class hospitality with such grace and care. A special appreciation to Abdul, Saddam, Alina, Zaid and Rencie, the incredible beach team, whose kindness, attentiveness and beautiful energy made every day memorable. What stayed with me most was not the luxury, but the people. True hospitality is about dignity, belonging and making someone feel genuinely seen, valued and cared for. This wonderful team embodied those values effortlessly. Thank you for creating such a beautiful sense of home away from home. Your kindness will travel with me long after my departure.

+الافطار جدا لذيذ والخيارات متنوعة و الغرفة حلوة ومريحة تمنيت لو غرفة الملابس تكون مستقلة زي باقي فروع سانت ريجس لانه كان يضايق انها بالممر، مرافق الاوتيل تاخذ العقل المسبح والبحر و المطاعم والخدمات كل شي اكثر من رائع ومكاني المفضل انا وعيالي فالدوحة ومعتمدينه♥️

+An Exceptional Employee Who Made Our Stay Truly Special - Zelle at Sabar Lounge We stayed at The St. Regis Doha for a week, and while the hotel itself is beautiful, one person in particular made our experience truly memorable: Zelle from the Sabar Lounge. Throughout our stay, she consistently went above and beyond what we would normally expect from hospitality staff. Every evening, she welcomed us with genuine warmth, a positive attitude, and an incredible level of attentiveness. What impressed us most was that her kindness never felt forced or simply part of her job. She was sincerely thoughtful, always attentive to our needs, and often surprised us with small gestures, such as bringing us nuts even when we had not ordered anything. These may seem like small details, but they make a real difference. Zelle made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for, and her kindness brought a personal touch to our evenings that we will remember long after our stay. From the moment we arrived, every aspect of our experience was outstanding. The level of service, attention to detail, and genuine care shown by your team made our stay truly memorable. We were looked after exceptionally well, and it was the warmth and attentiveness of your colleagues that made us feel so welcome. I would also like to mention that Mrs Reece celebrated her birthday during our stay, and the team went above and beyond to make it a truly special occasion for her. She was absolutely delighted, and the thoughtful touches and kindness shown to her made the day even more memorable.
