”Convenient, comfortable, clean & welcoming motel!”
+Clean & comfortable. And, Complimentary Cookies, apple & banana and bottled water upon check-in……..what a pleasant surprise from a small motel along the 395! And it was really surprising very quiet! Easy to get a good night’s sleep!
−Nothing to dislike!

”Great stay while we visited the Bristlecone Forest, and we could open the windows and not use the HVAC!”
+Location and staff, ease of check-in.
−We liked the old-school motor inn vibe, others want more modern accommodations

”It was okay in a pinch”
+It was hard to get a hotel in the area, so I’m glad it was available, although expensive for what it is. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The woman at the front was nice.
−The smell from some cleaner, I assume, was overwhelming. The hotel is a little rundown. There was not even a continental breakfast. We were awoken in the night from a couple screaming at each other, which I won’t blame on the hotel.

”This small older motel is extremely well maintained and should be what all older roadside motels should aspire to.”
+Very nicely updated since our last stay here. Lots of toiletry amenities in the bathroom including toothbrushes, toothpaste, and a comb! This is unheard of even in 5 star hotels. You get a bottle of water and a small basket that included fruit and cookies upon arrival. They have added a large deck with outdoor lighting which makes a nice place to chill. Proprietor was extremely friendly. Highly recommend.
−The ice maker is a countertop one and another person took it all when they left in the morning.
