+The contactless check in was great. We were updated regularly about our upcoming stay. The room was clean, well presented and just as it looked in the photos. I liked the added extra touches ie: a little jug of fresh milk in the fridge and a 20% off vouchers for the adjoining cafe. There was also good strong WiFi. And Essential when traveling with a teenager!. Location was also great for us to explore the local area. We plan to head back that way in the coming months and will definitely stay there again if it's available.
−There really wasn't anything we didn't like.

”Good especially with the cafe access and money off breakfast voucher”
+Lo cation and cleanliness
−Poor internet due to valley location. Made it difficult to get access email details. Had to help someone else arriving by giving them the contact telephone number to get their access details.

+We had the most wonderful stay here, celebrating our first wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect place for such a special occasion. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. A lovely personal touch was the bottle of Prosecco and the thoughtful anniversary card from Lilypool, which was such a kind surprise and made our stay feel even more special. 🥂❤️ We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived, and the whole experience was absolutely lovely. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our first anniversary. We would definitely recommend Lilypool to anyone looking for somewhere clean, comfortable, welcoming, and with those extra special touches. We would happily stay again and look forward to hopefully returning in the future! ❤️

”Would definitely stay at this property again and highly recommend. The location was brilliant.”
+It was nice having a café on the premises with good food and coffee and having a 20% off coupon for your first purchase was a bonus. Our room was spacious and clean with all the amenities you would need and the location to the Chedder George was great. And the sink, microwave and plates, utensils, etc. was a nice touch.
−It might of been nice to have a fan in our room. It ended up being much cooler over night so that was helpful.
