”Changed room without additional charge”
+After check in at first day, I got the room which not same in a post. I'm feel not good and requested to change room, the reception accepted my requested and gave me a new room till my OK and accepted without any additional charge. I'm appreciated in this matter. I got the room river view...It's great but noisy in the mid-night time of car horn.

”Excellent Service”
+The staff are very gracious and try very hard to please their customers in any way. Complimentary breakfast is quite good (mostly Asian breakfast options). Unfortunately, the karaoke on the 6th floor is very loud and goes from about 8 pm to 2 am daily. The view of the river is very nice, but it is not close to the downtown if that's what you are interested in.

”I would not stay again”
+There was quite a bit of mildew in the room which made it uncomfortable for my asthma. The electricity would cut out in the night so that the air conditioning would not run for more than half an hour or so. The wifi signal was barely strong enough to load static websites. Sound carried very easily. The staff were very helpful at getting taxis.
