”Mala experiencia”

”Nice location & restaurant but hotel condition and staffing needs improvement”
+The location was very charming and the beach access from the hotel was quite nice. Views were wonderful. Staff was friendly in both the hotel and the bar/restaurant. The rooms were spacious and the restaurant had wonderful food.
−Staff was friendly but almost never present at the front desk, which caused problems on multiple occasions when I needed assistance. The property was marketed as 4 stars, but in reality seemed like 2.5-3 stars. There were mosquitos in my room and the a/c was broken, making the room very hot and uncomfortable. Getting into the room via punch code was quite complicated as the keypad didn't always work reliably. Stairs throughout the property were unavoidable, which was a major nuisance for me as a woman traveling alone with heavy luggage for a long stay.
