+Good space, comfy bed, clean bathroom and soaps, shampoos etc. Location is excellent for Calgary Downtown. Also a good view from the window and balcony :) Florian is a nice host and responds quickly.

+Was ok
−You should know you will sleep in the same apartment the owner lives. For me was a little bit awkward since it was just myself renting the room, living with a stranger 🤯

”Better value than a nearby hotel”
+Everything was great, loved the private parking. Apartment was clean, it had a comfy bed that was perfect for the 2 nights we needed. Florian, the owner, is a really nice guy.
