”Clean comfortable hotel unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues”
+Overall the hotel was clean & comfortable, excellent location with beautiful views. It’s set high up so walking to town was ok but a lot on the way back and was a good 20-30 minute walk depending where you are heading. We took my mother in law who has mobility difficulties and uses mobility scooter, my husband had to lift this up the steps daily to charge which was not good. On booking her room I was assured that the hotel was suitable for people with these issues however on arrival we found 8/9 stone seps that you had to use to get into the hotel. The steps had a very strong bannister fortunately. The reception was upstairs and she had been booked a room upstairs that she would never have managed so a room downstairs was arranged with no problem, however this meant she could not come up to the communal lounge and join us for breakfast which was disappointing. The staff were very helpful and helped us take her breakfast on a tray ,but it didn’t have the same effect as we booked the holiday to spend time together. We were grateful for an allocated parking spot for the week, and this was also very helpful. Rooms clean & comfortable with everything you need, but need attention to deta

−Expensive for what it was. We got the dark rooms at the back looking out to a cliff face. The single bed was too short for my son who's not particularly tall at 5'10"

+Was such a lovely calm place to stay and a nice stroll to town nit far at all , place was clean comfy bed stayed with our little dog he appeared to feel at home would highly recommend
