”Relajante lugar”

”If only we could move the hotel closer to switzerland, we'd never leave!”
+Amazing location and super friendly hosts! We were traveling to Colombia for a wedding and wanted a break from the hustle of Bogotá, and this place was perfect. The host, Maria, was fantastic, she made sure everything was just right. The cozy little houses had everything we needed, and the food was great. The staff was also really friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend booking a massage at your house,it was super relaxing, and visiting the coffee plantation right next door is a must. For international travelers, I suggest using their shuttle service. It’s really convenient, and the views along the way are beautiful.
−All perfect.

”Nice Architecture with bad service”
+Landscape Design Architectural Design Heated Pool Shuttle Service was working
−Service was really bad Villa is not 100sqm/ max. 50sqm (100sqm with garden) Mini Bar / chocolate. Date was overdue No English conversation was possible No sense of high class service Compared to other hotels in this price range, I have to say that it is not worth it. The quality of the service was so bad. We were not allowed to leave because the hotel issued an incorrect bill and we had to wait for the adjusted bill to be paid. The hotel wanted to charge us twice for the hotel and the shuttle. We had the impression that the owners do not realize what you expect internationally for this price in terms of quality. I wish the hotel all the best and hope that this was an absolute exception. We will definitely not come back.
