+ottima posizione. la porta di ingresso alla struttura e alla camera si apre con codice. molto comodo, non abbiamo avuto problemi

−Établissement ok, mais pensez à bien trouver un point de repère si vous vous promener à pied, car toutes les rues se ressemblent 😬 même avec le GPS nous avons tourné en rond pendant près d’une heure avant de retrouver la résidence.

+Location is good - not in the loud part of town but close to the Main Street and beach. You also get access to the beach club at the discount. The host was accommodating and help to switch rooms when we had issues and even check-ed in on us. The terrace on the top has a very nice interiors and plugs so you can chill in the evening there or sunbath. The kitchen had basic equipment but the electric cooker made some burning smell (might be because it’s new but not sure)
−The toilet did not flush properly and the shower was very weak. The windows are a bit small so not much sunlight comes and are at the walking level so you need to ensure they are closed and the blinds are shut so nobody sees your belongings. There was still quite a bit of noise in the evening from the surrounding bars . The AC was pretty good but very noisy and above the bed.

+Excellent location. Close enough to 5th Ave, but still away from the noise. Close to other amenities like laundry, fruteria's local shops etc. Place was nice and clean. Filtered water provided. Secure building. Quick responses to our email questions from management but cleaner spoke no English. Nice roof top patio.
−Sufficient kitchen amenities were lacking. Literally only 2 cups, plates, forks, knives and spoons were provided. One burner small hotplate. A mini fridge was there but the freezer was all iced up so couldn't put anything in the freezer. Kettle was there but didn't work. Did ask for it to be changed but the subsequent ones only worked for one or two days and then stopped working. They replaced 2 kettles which didn't work. The 3rd one broke down after 2 days! The last two weeks we had no kettle at all as the management could not provide us with a working one. In fact they even asked us to pay for a new kettle, which we refused since it was not our fault the kettles being provided did not work. One night I was woken up by water dripping over my head. The AC leaked and wet all the sheets and pillows during the night. It could not be fixed so we were sent to another room the next day. No apologies given. All the rooms had a window facing the hallway which people had to go through to enter their room. This was very inconvenient as we had to keep the blinds down the whole time so could not see any daylight at all. Considering we were staying there for a month this was very annoying.

+Excelente Ubicación y sus Cómodas Instalaciones, muy buena atención y comunicación desde el inicio hasta nuestra salida! En la Calle donde se encuentra el Studio no cobran estacionamiento a diferencia de las mayoría de las calles alrededor. 10/10

+L'emplacement, le personnel, la propreté, la facilité d'accès pour le logement et pour se garer. La disponibilité et la bienveillance des gérants même tard. Les lieux sont très bien entretenus, Andrea fait un travail fantastique. La beauté du rooftop
−Pas grand chose. On aurait aimé avoir de l'eau dans la chambre quand on est arrivé, comme on est arrivé beaucoup plus tard que prévu. Heureusement que nous avions rempli nos gourdes avant de partir. Avec la fatigue nous n'avons repéré la fontaine à eau que le lendemain. Je trouverais très cool d'avoir des chambres de plusieurs standing. S'il y avait eu le choix, j'aurais pris une chambre plus grande, avec un lit kingsize, etc... Je n'ai pas aimé la vue qui était directement dans le couloir sur l'autre chambre. On a dû laisser les rideaux fermés tout le temps pour avoir un peu d'intimité

+La décoration et l’espace de vie de la chambre. La rue est calme et l’emplacement bien situé. Notre hôte a été très à l’écoute en échange par whatsapp, très appréciable.
−La chambre en RdC est sombre et ne permet pas de laisser les stores ouverts car donne sur une autre chambre.

”Helemaal Prima!”
+Prima locatie, fijne studio. Ik ben hier nu denk ik 6 x geweest en ik kom hier altijd met veel plezier. Mooi klein keukentje erbij, prima buitendouche ook, boven op het dakterras. De plek is veilig afgesloten en de locatie is dicht bij de leuke stranden en eet- en koffie tentjes.
