« A pleasant stay with helpful staff »
+Although Toprak Hotel is not a luxury hotel, my guests were very satisfied with the service and facilities. What truly made their stay enjoyable was the hospitality and attentiveness of the staff, especially Ali at the reception. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and patient, making every effort to accommodate their requests and ensure they felt comfortable and well taken care of. His professional and thoughtful approach made a real difference to their experience. Thank you, Ali, and the team for making their stay a pleasant one!

+breakfast was acceptable interms of price
−The night was cold, and the heating was off during the night. When we asked for heating facilities with reservations, no action was taken, and we were told he was not able to do it; we had to report it to the manager, who was not present. The beds were noisy, and the windows were not double-glazed, which caused wind blowing, causing feeling more colder into rooms. Although we paid for two nights, we decided not to stay for a second night and left the hotel on 08/10/26. I would not recommend this hotel, especially in the winter season

« Dirty rooms and hostile breakfast service completely ruined the stay »
+The administration staff was helpful, but the room was dirty, there were visible black stains on the duvet, and the towels were extremely old. More importantly, the breakfast was awful. The server was very rude, clearly disliked his job, and made no effort to hide it.
−Management needs to serve edible breakfast, ensure proper room cleanliness, and employ polite dining staff. Regardless, this was my final stay at this hotel.

« thank you for toprak otel »
+I’ve stayed at Toprak Hotel for the second time now, and once again, I had a really nice experience. Everything was just as clean as it was during my first stay, and the staff were always friendly, helpful, and attentive. I also really liked the little touches. They have complimentary tea in the lobby, and having a kettle and tea in the room was such a nice extra. It made the room feel more comfortable and welcoming. I’m really glad I decided to stay at Toprak Hotel again. It’s always a good feeling to come back to a place where you know you’ll be well looked after. I’d definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to anyone!
