« Good spot just couple of tiny tweeks. »
+The room seems new and really big. Bed is comfy. Perfect score for the bedroom.
−The bathroom is new but missing a bathtub?!? The plumbing is sticking out. The shower is right there and it is enough. Could be a little bit cleaner. The glass had calc and spider webs in the corner. Breakfast looked old, probly didn't but the decoration is off.

« Good value for money! »
+Clean, well situated. Secure parking for our rental car.
−The only time we found staff at the desk was at checkin(and we had to telephone her when we arrived) and when we had to pay her for an extra night we booked(again, after we texted someone).

« Prima verblijf »

Fatkeqësisht, shërbimi ishte shumë i dobët. Mëngjesi ishte vërtet i turpshëm.
−I stayed at Roots Hotel for four nights. I could have found much cheaper options, but I deliberately chose a four-star hotel, expecting a certain standard of service. Unfortunately, the service was very poor. I was promised parking, but when I arrived I was told, “Oh, that’s only if there happens to be a parking space available.” That is not what I understood when I was promised parking. The room was not cleaned daily. In fact, it was cleaned only once during my four-night stay. Every time I asked about something, there was a different excuse or explanation. The refrigerator in the room also did not work. The breakfast was absolutely disgraceful. It consisted of a cold omelette, a fried egg soaked in oil, and a few other plates of food of the lowest and cheapest quality imaginable. It looked extremely unappetizing and was completely unacceptable for a four-star hotel. When I asked the woman who spends most of the day walking around the hotel, and who has a small scar on her upper lip, to help me order a taxi, she simply told me, “I don’t know how to do that,” and walked away. In short, the staff simply do not seem interested in providing service. During the day, nobody answers the
