« Un superbe endroit pas cher sur la route de Berat »
+La chambre, classe et très propre. La piscine ouverte tout le temps. Le parking gratuit. Le personnel sympathique et conciliant.
−Le non respect de certains clients qui ont laissé une piscine dégoûtante après avoir fêter un anniversaire sur place. (Chips, paquets de chips, bouteilles vides...)

+Nous avons arrêté à cet hôtel sur notre chemin vers les plages. Et une surprise car l’accueil vraiment excellent. Chambre propre et un déjeuner excellent et même trop de choses

−Acceuil glacial, la barrière de la langue n'aidant pas... Piscine pleine de vase, déchets sur les transats... nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la baignade alors que c'etait le principal critère du choix de l'établissement.

+La chambre spacieuse et propre les pizzas délicieuse.
−Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel afin de faire une pause sur la route et de nous reposer. Malheureusement, ce ne fut pas du tout le cas. Un écran géant installé dans le jardin diffusait des matchs de football toute la nuit, avec un volume extrêmement élevé. Le bruit était si fort qu’il nous était impossible de dormir. Nous avons essayé de contacter la réception, mais il n’y avait personne sur place et personne ne répondait au téléphone. Pour accéder à la piscine, il faut traverser le restaurant, qui est ouvert au public. On se retrouve à passer devant de nombreuses personnes extérieures à l’hôtel, ce qui est assez gênant et ne donne pas vraiment l’impression d’être dans un espace réservé aux clients. En résumé, si vous cherchez un hôtel pour vous reposer, ce n’est malheureusement pas l’endroit que je recommanderais.

« Not a luxury Hotel, awful customer service »
+There are some positive aspects to this hotel. The swimming pool itself is lovely, and the breakfast and restaurant staff are charming, friendly and genuinely cannot do enough for you. There is also a young man working in the bar area who deserves a special mention , he is wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful, along with the main barman I left my purse and he put it behind the bar safely. The sunset from my room was amazing.
−Unfortunately, the customer service at reception was a completely different experience. The two reception staff members provided some of the poorest customer service I have encountered. The hotel would benefit enormously from employing more people with the friendly and helpful attitude of the young man in the bar. Their phones were more important to them The pool area also has some serious issues. The decking is in poor condition, with holes and loose boards, which I found concerning from a safety point of view. The pool also appeared to be used almost like a youth club for local boys, with extremely loud music being played, the bass was so loud that the whole building seemed to tremble, making it impossible to relax. At 1:45am, I eventually had to go downstairs myself and ask the staff to turn the music off. They did so, but there was no apology or acknowledgement of the disturbance. The setting is another disappointment if you are expecting a luxury hotel. The hotel shares its bar and restaurant facilities with what appears to be a coach stop, and there is a garage directly in front of the property. −1 klein min punt de afloop van de douche was verstopt, gevraagd aan het kuispersoneel na derde dag dan maar zelf ontstopt volgens mij was dit nog nooit gebeurd..

+Det var så godt, personalet var så venlige. Poolen var lækker, værelserne var rene og store. Ejeren kom da vi checkede og hilsede. Alt i alt, var det perfekt. Hotellet ligger på motorvejen, grundet tank -og lade station. Men perfekt hvis man har bil og vil besøge flere byer i området. Vi kørte til Lushnje, Tirana og Vlore. Vi var der en uge og nød hver dag. Man kunne ikke rigtigt høre bilerne, så det var rart. Morgenmaden var god, specielt når de havde buffet. Kiosken var god, selv jeg savnede shampoo, balsam og tandpasta.

+The hotel has good infrastructure and everything is very modern and functional. The pool was nice and during our stay it was empty and clean so we had a really nice swim. The kids really enjoyed the playground, which was beautiful and well equipped. The room had a nice sunset view, and everything was modern and quite new.
−The place is not sparkly clean. They were stains everywhere. The walls, some sheets, and my bathrobe. There are also stains around the floor, but the main bedding was clean. There was a brken cabinet too. When I paid with card they guy charged the amount of leke, changing it in euros in a 1 to 100 ratio. But that's not the real difference. So we ended up paying more for our stay than the booking price. I saw the price in euros in my bank application receipt and was a notable difference. The shower was losing a lot of water
