−Ils n’ont pas répondu au message que j’ai envoyé pour signaler plusieurs choses, mais ils n’ont également jamais fait le menage dans la chambre alors que nous sommes rester 6 jours.

« A hidden gem, we would definitely stay here again if in the area »
+This property was a real hidden gem, nice breakfast, extremely comfortable, very modern in an amazing old building, in a buzzing ‘real Naples’ area. Close to trains/metro and an ok walk to Central station. Turn right then left at the top of the road for the best Italian restaurant of our whole visit, hidden on a corner. Maria, our host, was exceptional, so friendly and very very helpful.
−Don’t be put off by the area, it’s a crazy slice of the real Naples and a great experience.

« A very nice apartment in a central location but with a couple of peculiarities. »
+A very central location - the hotel is excellent inside once you get past the lobby! Lovely, helpful staff!
−We had some difficulty getting in initially, it would have been good to have received the entrance information in advance of arriving. Also the apartment door needs some technique to open (put in code then PULL the door then PUSH). Road outside was noisy at night despite good double glazing - not the hotels fault!

« Overall, we enjoyed staying in this unique hotel. »
+We didn't get to spend but one night at this hotel. It was located fairly close to the airport. I enjoyed the uniqueness of the hotel because it wasn't your typical hotel. The host/staff was extremely helpful and kind. She help me book a taxi for the following morning. Her communication with us was excellent. She gave us clear directions on how to access the hotel and was there to greet us. The room what very updated, neat, clean, and comfortable.
−The only think we didn't like about the property is the location. It wasn't in the best neighborhood. We had a bit of difficulty finding true authentic food and the streets were fairy trashy and dirty. Luckly, our host gave us some restaurant recommendations.

« Cozy little honeymoon suite »
+The room was our safe cozy home in the heart of Naples for 3 days. We were a short walk to just about everything we needed to see, including Centro Storrico which was about a 10 min walk. Bed was extremely comfy with a big bright window facing the interior of the complex. Bathroom was bright clean and modern. The host Mariaca was so friendly and nice to wake up to every morning for a crossaint and coffee and was full of recommendations; we even arrived to a special welcome for our honeymoon! We would recommend the room to anyone staying in Naples.
−Busy fast paced area, but that is not the fault of the room. You are in the middle of a bustling city people are everywhere from the moment you walk out the door.
