”Refund should have been given for lack of breakfast”
+Center of town
−No breakfast while online stating it did. Shower issues. Lack of blankets to stay warm or compete with noisy heater.

”It served the purpose because Alturas doesn’t have much to choose from.”
+Trailside in is an older hotel and there have been any up grades done. Over priced.

”A pleasant experience during an otherwise unpleasant couple of days.”
+The desk staff were great. We had to arrive 3 hours before normal check-in and asked if we could store our luggage and if possible get into our room earlier. They did both; we only had to wait 30 minutes to get to our room. Very appreciative of their help on this. They were both pleasant and efficient. The room itself was fine: clean and very adequate.
−Breakfast was a disappointment. LIttle variety and not all that tasty, though the coffee was good.

−There were a few flies in my room. I killed them easily, and there were no more after that.
