”Very clean and well presented in the newly built annexe.”
+I stayed in the annexe and it was very clean and well presented. It was a great location for visiting my daughter who lives in Pocklington.

”Disappointed with every aspect of the room but the breakfast was excellent.”
+The breakfast was excellent. Close proximity to to the venue - Pocklington Arts Centre.
−Disappointed with the room size, position of room 19 away from the main hotel, dark alley where the door to those few rooms were. Seemed expensive for what was offered. Booked a double room and received a twin room. No hot water in the morning for showering. No table lamps just overhead spotlights. It was as if the room wasn't finished. We paid £107 and another guest paid £90 for a bigger room with a large bed and he was travelling alone. We booked about the same time too as we all attended a gig at The Arts Centre. Never stayed in such a basic room. Overall not happy with our room stay at the price paid at all although the breakfast was excellent.

+Didn't do any research on the property before hand and was pleasantly surprised after staying there. Location is very good, rooms were nice and clean and good value for money. The food we had in the evening was delicious as was the breakfast.
