+Typical beach town motel. We were on a fall "leaf peep" road trip of the NE and Quebec. There was a powerful Nor'easter coming in, every other guest had cancelled, we had the place to ourselves.
−Room had a fridge, no ice in the freezer, no ice machine at the motel. Ice is nice.

+Manager or owner was very accommodating. He let me keep my car there after I checked out for awhile
−Outside carpet on balcony needs to be replaced and smoking allowed on the balcony but that was minor

+It was a nice place to stay and the staff was wonderful
−They would be awesome if the added a pool as they are just far enough from the beach that having a pool on property would be a great added bonus

”You pay for what you get.”
+The property has a great location near all the attractions in Hampton Beach.
−The room itself did not feel very secure with the locks on the door. The door handle was wobbly. All night we could hear people above us stomping around and even talking, it was very hard to fall asleep. The bed also had stained sheets and the rug in the room was dingy. I don’t think I would stay here again unless it was a last resort.
