”Mandatory evacuation for non-residence and they would not refund my money total rip off”
+I was forced out of the room my first night there for a mandatory evacuation when I asked for a refund they denied my refund. I find this absolutely ridiculous and never will I book with you again, and I encourage others not to book with you.
−Could have refunded my money for the stay I did not have

”Great location”
+The location is great and keeps us coming back.
−I feel like the check in time is later than most places and I don't like that they wont allow any wiggle room there even if for an additional fee, which I would he happy to pay.

”disappointing”
−The entire stay was not satisfactory. The refrigerator was not working in the room that had a kitchen and was never fixed during our stay luckily, we had a cooler large enough to hold all our groceries. The drains in both bathtubs would not stay open, loud guests above after quiet hours this was a family trip that we had been looking forward to and did not meet our expectations at all
