”Good option in central Tromso”
+Good sized rooms, comfortable beds and was able to utilise luggage storage when we arrived early
−The heating and cooling couldn't be adjusted in the room and the room locations meant people could look in our window as they were crossing the walkover bridge

+Amazing breakfast, clean and spacious room. Very comfortable bed.
−When you book room you have option to choose if you want twin beds or double bed. But after finalizing reservation (non refundable) you get info that its not guaranteed, and suprise suprise we didnt get double bed. For one night its ok but if we would be staying longer that would be a issue. Sheets have weird smell - both me and my partner noticed it. I didnt like how receptionist was with us. I came and started to speak english, she checked my ID, and asked for my partners. He is Norwegian, and after that she immediatelly started to talk norwegian to him and explaining everything completelly ignoring me. She noticed after a while that I am not responding and asked in norwegian again what language she sould speak. Also she didnt mention we will not get double bed. No single welcoming smile. Overall its still one of the best hotels in Tromsø.

”A good hotel with an excellent location for one or two nights.”
+The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. It is situated near a bus stop with connections to the airport, and Northern Lights viewing tours depart from right in front of the hotel. The beds are comfortable, but the room is very small; if you have a lot of luggage, there is hardly any space left to store your belongings. Breakfast is very good,a great way to start the day.
−Very small rooms, but we expected that based on the description.
