+Third time staying here and honestly, it's exactly what I expect at this point. Room was clean, bed was comfy, and the staff were friendly without being over-the-top. Nothing fancy, but everything just works. The Wi-Fi actually held up, the shower had decent pressure, and check-in was quick. It's a solid, no-nonsense motel that does what it's supposed to do. Will probably be back for a fourth time next year.

+The room was simple and cozy, and the owner was very friendly. I also liked the grassy backyard,it felt close to nature, with rabbits and groundhogs around and ducks in the pond.

+Bien placé.
−Ce n'était pas très propre. Les plaintes de mur étaient brunes, le plancher était sale.

”The rooms are deceptively tiny due to wide-angle photos and feature a poorly placed AC inside the bathroom, making them”
+Overall, it was clean, and the green area behind the rooms was quite nice.
−However, the website photos were taken with a wide-angle lens, and the room is actually extremely small, you can barely move around inside. The AC unit was installed inside the bathroom, meaning you have to keep the bathroom door open all night just to cool the room. The shower space is also tiny, and it really needs a bath mat.

+Location while traveling and comfort of the bed.
−I received email for my door code but as I was driving didn't notice until already checked in for the night.
