+Nice spacious room with good view and great location. Late check-out, storage of luggage. Mainly friendly, efficient, helpful staff - especially at check-out.
−Refrigerator- all settings resulted in frozen goods; 3 wet patches on the carpeted floor on arrival; Only one chair for glass table - unsuitable for >1 person.

”Extremely poor service in rectifying the issue or moving to a better room.”
+Location was great.
−The extremely poor air conditioning and completely stupid “mood lighting” which, would both turn on 3 or 4 times each and every night. The air conditioning was super loud (think small jet plane engine) and the lighting, well the two combined and yep you’re immediately wide awake each and every time. Several times over 5 nights this was raised with the reception. Was Assured maintenance would rectify and nothing changed. No follow up contact or information provided. Customer service? Yeah/nah they’ve never heard of it.

”centrally located”
+its located centrally so easy to get around. lots restaurants around but nearly all of them serve asian food. the room i was in was bright and since we were in a corner room, we had two views. the lighting was good compared to many hotels which have poor lighting which they claim makes its cozy 😆
−they dont have drinking water in the rooms. i suugest they supply glass bottles filled with water in the rooms and once its finished, the guest can go refill it themselves
