+Colazione strepitosa, letto molto comodo e posizione centrale

”Perfect place to break a journey in Mostar”
+The hotel is a really nice hotel in the center of Mostar. The staff was really friendly, and made everything possible for guests to feel welcome and comfortable. The facilities were excellent. The pool on the roof top was amazing as well as the facilities in the room. Breakfast was great with a lot of variety. I definitely would recommend for a stay!
−The only issue was a problem with the AC in the room. The button to control it was actually broken, and could not be fixed while I was staying there. The button would pop out and the AC would stop working. But the room was great otherwise!

+Helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast, nice room, nice pool. A short walk from the old town.
−The room was quite small with not very much storage space for clothes. But overall a nice stay

”Close to the Old Town”
+The hotel is located about a 15-minute walk from the Old Town. The room was spacious, though the bathroom could have been a bit larger. We were traveling with a one-year-old, and a crib had been set up for the child in advance. The hotel also features a nice rooftop terrace with a pool.
−On our first morning, there was a large group of guests, and by the time we went down for breakfast around 7:45, there was hardly any food left. They made scrambled eggs specially for us. Fortunately, there was no such problem the next day. There was no housekeeping service after our first night, even though it would have been good to have the trash emptied. For me, the bed was too high and too soft.

”Great place to stay in Mostar.”
+Loved this hotel. The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic and the rooftop pool perfect for a cooling dip.
−Minor issue with the bathroom door coming off its bottom runner, but easy to slide back in place. Maybe better not to put the meat and the cheese on the same serving plate at breakfast.
