”We did not stay. We were billed and received nothing, and you failed to protect your customer.”
−We didn't stay, complained to you immediately, and rented elsewhere. You didn't assist us. We have traveled twice since without booking.com.

”Too cheap for a coffee pot should say it all.”
+Bed was comfortable
−No a/c not even a coffee pot, 1 small shampoo for two people, only one side table, small fridge made an awful noise all night. Had to keep the windows open but no cross wind and all you could hear all night was traffic from the highway and trains
