”Hotel.com made it right”
After an inconvenience with another hotel, Hotel.com was able to make it right. This hotel was very accommodating!

We booked through Expedia and when we arrived they told us they DON'T work with Expedia!! It was a terrible experience as we were searching for a place to sleep after driving several hours

We are not picky about where we sleep being a construction crew but these rooms and this motel was extremely dirty and run down. I don't think they should even be in Expedia in my opinion.

This place looked like a dump. I felt unsafe when we pulled into the parking lot. We decided we would lose the money we paid for the room because we weren’t staying there. I have a brand new vehicle and I was worried about it sitting there overnight. We left and booked elsewhere.

The room smelled of cigar smoke. The bedspread was dirty. There was no trash can in the room. This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Hurricane Hellenia tore up area pretty bad. Work was being done on the building. Limited staff. Lacked a lot of the little things, like cups, coffee maker extra towels, soap/shampoo.

it was the filthiest most disgusting place i have ever been and it should be closed by the health department for unsanitary conditions, bug infested, dirty laundry, filthy molding bathroom, rusting metal clothes bar, broken door locking system, close it down and refund my money

Requested a refund upon discovering drug activity at this establishment, but they never returned my calls or emails. I ended up forfeiting the full cost of one night due to their cancellation fee policy. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.

This property should be condemned. Had I not absolutely needed a place to stay for the night due to fatigue from driving I would not have stayed. Shameful that Economy Lodge name is even associated with such a place. Go there and see for yourself. I deserve a refund.
