”Great location, nice food, room was a disappointment.”
+Great food at the Dragon, very nice evening menu. Breakfast was good, but no cooked option offered. All the staff were very helpful and nice. The location is great right in the middle of Crickhowell.
−We chose a standard double room and I have to say we were a little disapointed with the size of the room and the head clearance on one side of the bed. The room was tired fryed carpets and wall paper pealing around the window, the window frames were wooden and did not close securely to keep out the draft. (not a problem as it was warm) There was no stand up shower, just a mixer shower over the bath. The shower needed a pump because we were at the top of the hotel and this made a lot of noise. The TV was far too small and at the wrong side of the room for viewing from the bed.

+The location is excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming. We spent a very pleasant evening in the bar.
−Noise from a karaoke evening in the pub opposite. Breakfast was OK but a bit limited.
