”It's fine”
+This is a perfectly reasonable no-frills, budget hotel. The bedlinen was clean and smelled freshly laundered. The staff were really friendly and approachable. You can't argue with such value for money. I had a good sleep. The room was quiet. The street was quiet. The location is great. Those are the positives. I won't knock the place by listing negatives.

”Refurbishment in orogress”
+New proprietor recently took over. Most of the amenities advertised on hotels.com were unavailable due to refurbishment of the property. I had been looking forward to breakfast, which was unavailable. That was disappointing. Nice, basic room with comfortable bed & basic en-suite. I guess it’s on the list for refurbishment. Should be very nice once all the work is complete.
