+Be specific and sincere. Talk about: Staff/service - Were they friendly or helpful? Room - Was it clean, quiet, comfortable? Location - Was it convenient or scenic? Amenities - Pool, breakfast, spa, parking, Wi-Fi, etc. > “The staff was incredibly welcoming and check-in was fast.” “Room was spotless with a great view of the city.” 3. Include a personal touch Add a detail that made your stay special: > “We were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a cake in the room!” “Loved relaxing in the rooftop pool after a long day of sightseeing.” 4. +It's all right if you don't want to be in a hotel room all day. I mean you're near downtown where everything is located, which is a plus. Basically, it's a sleep at night kinda place. Some improvements can be made though

We need a full refund for the remaining days. Also our trip from the airport to the hotel was quoted in Australian dollars but the hotel charged us US$
