+Das Appartement war sehr sauber, eine super Ausstattung. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig und angenehm. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, rundum war es ein super Aufenthalt.

”Great location for a short break in Palermo.”
+The location was excellent. We were in easy walking distance of so much of the historical centre, it made our short stay full of great experiences. The apartment was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was good, and quiet. We were on 3rd story, and were grateful for the lift. We met the owner and he was really helpful, ordering us a taxi to get us back to the airport. Someone else (perhaps his mother) stood with us until the taxi arrived, which was reassuring.
−Two of our three nights were quite noisy due to a bar on the street. But the street itself is very quiet and our last night we hardly heard a thing.

+Property was in excellent location could walk to everything we wanted to see and a few minutes walk to many restaurants Property spotless and the owner could not have been nicer. If in Palermo would stay again

+Petit apartament al centre de Palermo molt a prop dels principals punts a visitar. Còmode, net i modern. Els llits són a la planta de de dalt i té un petita terrassa. La comunicació amb l'amfitrio va ser super fluïda i amable.
−La cuina és petita si, com nosaltres, cuines a l'apartament. Per la resta tot bé.

”Nice stay in the heart of Palermo's Historic Centre”
+Great location and faces a quiet laneway so no issues with noise at night. Air conditioning worked great (tip: use the "super" button in the remote to get the cool air up in the loft as it can be a little warm otherwise). Bathroom was very clean and seems newly renovated. We also really enjoyed the rooftop patio, though it was a bit too warm to take full advantage. Our host was kind and the check-in procedure was easy. No issues at all to speak of during our stay. It was a good place!
−We felt the space was a bit sterile/lacked character. Also some of the paint and finishings are a bit tired, but overall to be expected in a rental property. Also, we were just a couple so two beds in the loft weren't unused. If you are planning to sleep 3+ just be aware you will all be in the loft together.

”Struttura pulita e accogliente”
+Siamo stati 3 notti in questa struttura ed era tutto perfetto. Struttura pulita, recentemente ristrutturata, dotata di tutto il necessario. Bagno ottimo, cucina attrezzata e letti comodi. L'aria condizionata è stata una manna dal cielo in un periodo caldissimo a Palermo. L'host una persona cordiale e disponibile, siamo arrivati qualche ora prima in struttura e ci ha permesso di fare lo stesso il check-in. Veramente consigliato!
