+The property was fairly prompt to refund the damage deposit. I was worried due to previous reviews that it may take a while but they refunded within a week from the check out date and didn’t give me any issues.
−The property was very filthy. Additionally there was no AC (which is understandable). However, the fan provided did not work, and several of the windows did not open, making it impossible to cool the rooms down during the heatwave. I understand if a property doesn’t have AC, I even understand if they don’t provide a fan, but the VERY LEAST I expect is that the windows can be opened to allow for air flow to cool the place down.

”Would definitely stay again”
+We had a late last minute booking and the staff were very helpful and accessible. We were able to gain entrance into the property without any issues. The apartment was very clean and equipped with what we needed for a nights stay and the beds were most comfortable. Ideal location close to the tube, so we were able to get to work easily the next day.

”not worthwhile”
+staff who we spoke to seemed nice and polite
−not the one we booked. whilst we was travelling was told property was unavailable. was put in another property a long way from tube station and as we we’re relying on public transport this made life difficult for us. they did reimburse us for taxis but it was a big inconvenience for time too. the property looked nothing like the photos we were sent and was very well worn. Not worthwhile overall

”Overall it was good but during your stay you need to be very vigilant.”
+It was a house with all basic needs. Market around the location was great. Take ways food was available plus underground train station for central was nearby.
−The neighbourhood surrounding the proper was not safe. Specifically this property was around the corner and due to some locals who drink at street wonders around all the time which made the safety compromised. For this we stayed very vigilant all the time. And lack of cleanliness inside and outside the house. We faced with mice and with lots of spiders.

”Fantastic.”
+Highly recommended. The staff really kind. I made a mistake booked & paid for 5 persons & it’s supposed 6 people. Then they help me not to charge the extra for one people. Definitely will stay again.
