Skoenlapper is a lovely holiday house located on the waterfront of the Port Owen marina on the Cape West Coast. The spacious house is perfect for family getaways. \n \n This double-storey house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can accommodate 10 adults or 8 adults and 4 children. The first and second bedrooms each have double beds and open plan en-suite bathrooms. The third and fourth bedrooms have double beds and share bathrooms upstairs and downstairs. The fifth bedroom has 2 bunk beds that can accommodate 2 adults or 4 children. \n \n The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a dining table with ample seating. There are two fireplaces/built-in braai areas. The living area features a TV and comfy seating area. The house opens onto a balcony with lovely views over the marina. \n \n The house has a private jetty and enjoys easy access to the water canals and the river as well as stunning views of the marina. There is a launch site located close by at the Port Owen Yacht club. \n \n Guests can enjoy boat cruises on the river, birdwatching, rowing along the canals, swimming at nearby beaches, and yacht cruises in the area. \n \n The town is situated within a 2 minute drive where you will find shops, liquor stores and restaurants.
