−This is far from a 5-star hotel , I would barely rate it 3 stars. The room was extremely disappointing: outdated decor, not renovated at all, with peeling paint, plumbing issues, and holes in the walls. I was told the room would be 55m², but in reality, it was no more than 30m². I had booked a “family room” specifically to have more space, but it felt cramped and misleading. The reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful throughout our stay. The pool area was chaotic , overcrowded with children and no sense of calm. By 8 a.m., all the sunbeds were already “claimed” by guests putting towels down like it was a contest. Completely unacceptable behavior, and of course, the manager did nothing to improve the situation. And the breakfast? Absolutely disastrous. No toaster, no fresh omelets, no pastries , nothing you would expect from even a basic hotel breakfast. My husband and I have stayed in many hotels in our lives, and this was the first time we truly felt there was nothing decent to eat in the morning. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.
