“James is a very beautiful hotel, just a few suggestions that I personally prefer in a room”
+N/A
−Shower head, tap knobs are extremely hard to turn on when you have arthritis, no fridge to put your own things, glasses in washroom prefer plastic, coffee cups instead of to go cups for the morning

“I will always stay at this hotel when in Saskatoon.”
+Everything was perfect, as my scores show. It's a perfect combination of excellent, friendly and informed staff, outstanding, high quality facilities and perfect location. All this in a small boutique hotel.

“Best hotel in Saskatoon!”
+The James Hotel sets the bar for all other hotels! I love, love, love this hotel! The room is amazing. The view of the river is breathtaking. The front desk staff are so nice. They always open the front doors for you. I keep telling them they work too hard but they keep doing it! The restaurant staff are beyond super sweet! I wish there were more good things I could say about the James Hotel! Love the food! Love the staff! Thank you for being amazing! See you next July!

“A Perfect Hotel Experience”
+What an amazing hotel! Service was exceptional both at reception and breakfast while the rooms were large, inviting and extremely clean. Harshika, Jash and Mohammed went out of their way to assist me in finding a taxi ride to Regina. Most appreciated. Truly, they were friendly, professional and extremely efficient at their job. Service and food at breakfast were excellent. I apologize for not being able to mention specific names but please understand they were amazing, remembering exactly what I'd ordered the previous day. Like home away from home. A lovely way to commence the day. Thank you. I did visit the hotel bar on three occasions where I was provided with friendly, efficient service. The ambience was most appealing, intimate and relaxing. Truly, the James Hotel is an oasis of perfection for any traveller and in an excellent location.
